    Where do I farm one? I have disenchanted 400+ Level 65 Eternal Class Gear since 2 days ago, and I got 2 Epsilon, 300+ Gamma, and 300+ Delta in my inventory...
    I mean... isn't this extraction rate a bit ridiculous? I used to get Black enchantment stones by extracting Heroic grades random gears pre 4.8 patch. What the hell happened?

    Hi there. To get Epsilon enchantment stones, buy the Heroic (blue grade) weapons from the blood marks NPCs. Extract those and you'll get such stones :)
