Can you please explain me what is the meaning of the message that i receive:
Looks like your account is not eligible to participate YET. Check our community forums to know when you will be eligible!

 

It means what it says - your account is not eligible to get the Returning Player reward.

As stated in the above quote, if your account was logged in any time after January 1st 2014 either on the website or ingame, you will not be considered a returning player and you will not receive a returning player reward.

 

Okay but why it says YET?
I saw other players ss that there is no such word.

When was the last time you logged in on your account? Was it way before January 1st 2014? Because if so, this campaign does not give rewards to people who have not logged in for more than that. We will be holding another campaign for accounts who haven't logged in since before January 1st 2014.

Well, avoid logging in ingame. You can login on the website, but don't go ingame yet.
As I mentioned, we will be launching a different campaign for players who haven't logged in for more than the stated time, in the near feature. So just wait until then and don't login ingame.

Also I don't know why you're saying you will be "disqualified from future events"? =o

 

I think so because a friend of mine received email with link for returning players and when i tried it appears that message. I will be disqualyfied if i login now. So thank you for the reply and i will continue to wait without login in game.

I don't know what the message exactly states, but I am guessing it meant that if you login ingame then your account will be considered active and it will no longer be considered eligible to get the reward of the campaign we will be launching soon.

"Disqualified" is a different word that means you did something wrong or bad, which you didn't It's just a warning message telling you that if you choose to login your account will be noted as active and you will not receive your reward when the time comes.

 

Hehehehehehe, i tested on my boyfriend's account, he used to play on Lumiel in the past, then i just remembered that i logged his account countless times to avoid be deleted xD

Yes, It is on and I've been trying to get back. But guess what? I'm still at 4.9 version when I downloaded fresh version. It doesn't run. where's the downgradeto 4.8? or is the 4.9 patch done yet?
