I think the problem is players are not really better than others bcoz they play better. It depend of money, ping and private relations and class.

Knowledge of play is not fairly valued

well i ve read these news few mins after puddles posted em. 1st time there was like that...."we will make your item +19 few times so u can try+20. " then some1 edited it. and changed with

1. We hold no liability if items fail to enchant to +20.
