Why so much inequality between classes?

Any class can beat any class. It's just that sw and sm are more of a challenge than other classes when vsing them. You just got to know how to play your class. Ping and gear isn't always the reason to your loss.

 

bring me the best glad this server has ever seen against a mediocre sm who'll use sub and fear locking and let's see who wins...

 

There are only few good bards on Elyos, and the one I hate the most and I cant defeat is Raava, but hell I care, that chic is pretty cute so I dont mind being killed by her.

I totally Disagree. A low enough ping songweaver can still maintain decent enough speed to kill anything. It's just insanely faster with WoC2. With proper gameplay and skill/knowledge about the class, WOC2 is hardly the reason songweavers are immensely OP.

True. Then again, there is the factor of godstones that ever seem to be the game changer here, needless to say, 3-4 silence godstone procs (silence/blind) will make any skilled player a zero.

obviously no one is going to win against a sm when it comes to using all fears and spirit sub except maybe a cleric and hard. By the time you break the sub you're already dead. I should've made myself more clear to what I meant. What I meant to say that everyone has a chance on winning, but most players tend to use the excuse of ping and gear for there loss. I've seen players who lack low ping and gear and still tend to managed on defending themselves.

Only noobs play sm.

hmm i see ur point, but really to have a decent chance at beating sws constantly playing sm is kinda the only option unless u have good ping and then sin/ranger is also an option.
and about only noobs playing sm, shall i remind you that you also have a sm

 

Look up guides and look up your class in youtube and watch how they play. That's what I had done when I started learning how to play glad in the past.

Well, you're talking about really good sws. You got to remember that there's only a few that do exist. Also, I can't disagree that they're not op cause they are, and its the main reason why I myself am currently playing one now. I can do a lot more on a sw than I can on a glad or templar. It's not like they're invincible though you just got to know what to use against them and find the perfect time to use certain skills.

There are good gladiators in the server with skills/gear/ping enough to beat some Sws Also, if a templar use MR against a Sw, he will tank for a little bit more, but he will end up dying

hmm yeah i already mentioned a really good glad can beat a mediocre sw, i just dont really see a really good glad beating a really good sw.

The point here is every class has a weakness. I've tried beating a skilled sw and sm on a event held by a staff. I used sin with a 300+ms. Why would you blame sw's. If you wanna be a godlike roaming around then be one of them. Try having a party. Every class has a weakness. Its just some class are more easy and adoptable.

 

woc2 destroyed balance. well when i had woc2 and 90% of the server had none. i was happy. hahahaha!

 

Can't quite agree with you. I'm currently messing around on a server with a stigma system that also has no WoC2 available, yet SWs are still one of the strongest classes. I think while both you and Dimi have a good point about disbalance due to full stigma & WoC2, it seems like you're just referring to the situations where Class X is most likely/supposed to lose to Class Y. For example Sin vs Cloth and then Sin vs Plate.

Anyways, my point is that even without the full stigma system and without WoC2, NCSoft just screwed with the game a tad too much and made it a bit unbalanced in general. That's just my 2 cents of course. (And yea, Bards are OP AF even on a stigma system server w/o WoC2)

i think the really problem is that not everyone has acces to equipment +20 while the ones who have also used it the most op class in the server (SW) , why? cause myabe they never want to lose lol ,they know even taking an equip +20 sometimes some good players going to beat them and they dont want take the risk

and maybe yes some sm are annoying but Sw are for noobs not sm

You're probably referring to ea+20? You act as almost the whole sever has ea+20.To be honest, there are probably 2-3 asmos and 3 elyos who currently playing now, that own EA+20, and chances of running to them are low. So don't start changing the topic to how +20 ea has ruined your life.

The "sm for noobs" was a inside joke.

 

haha that not ruin my life, my points is the sw are not to difficult to beat , well maybe the 70 or 80% , there are some good of them but i mean that the only 5 or 6 players that has ea +20 like u said casually play sw haha maybe 1 cleric 1 sm but i think they are more than 6 players whit ea+20 playing sw
and belive me is easy to find them and obviously fight against them .........so why they dont play other class
cause SW are for noobs ( that was serious )
