    Apparently only those inactive players are eligible who have not been around from 2014 to 2015 (1st of May). Soon there will be another campaign for players who haven't been active since 2012/13, as far as I know.

    I'd not depend too much on the rewards only (that's just my two cents) but it's your choice to make whether to wait for the next campaign (weeks, months?) and maybe make another account for the time being, or just do explore the game with your old account now.
