Trade Problem Need GM

Attention GM: I was doing a trade with a character on ASMO Side, here is the deal and i will explain what happened.

Trade was:

My items: ABG Corrundum Earrings x2

His Items: ABG Sword + Archon Tribunus's Ruby Earringsx2

We traded and in the trade the ABG sword/ABG earringsx2/AT Ruby Earringx1 all dissapeared

I recieved 1 of the 50 elite earrings and thats the only item that got traded.

The IGN's are

Mine: BlackPhalcon
His IGN Shizuuku
Trade Happened at 11:10 PST

We are trying to get either a roll back or a investigation into the finishing of the missing items, i have screenshots of our entire investigation the trade window was not SS (yes i know thats brutal to not have but it all just messed up right from there) I can send in SS of the conversation and my inventory after the trade if needed, i PM with autumnjoy but nothing was resolved. Can someone give me a hand.

I do not know what the other party got in the trade, as it has been brought to my attention they are a possible scammer. please note i saw them and have SS of them asking where their items were, but i can now believe that it was a scam.

 

You need some proof you had or have the items in the first place.
And if the trade accured during laggs or before a server crash the items will be lost if traded.

 

i even added her as a friend because she got an abg sword.. hmm if she is a duper.. im almost her victim.

so can i somehow make a report of a possible scammer then? if other people have encountered this account?

 

By posting a thread with name you are already doing that.
But you can alway make a list if you want in the general discustion of this section.
(A GM wouldn't help to make list because of privacy of players.)
