    Make sure you leave from the legion first before deleting the toon.

    Check if you don't have any items registered in trade broker, also as mentioned above you must be legionless.

    Leave ur legion and relog /disconnect and connect again and u can delete it .

    Once you've left your legion, restart the client. Log in game again then you can delete the character of desire. Close the client for a few minutes before logging back into the game and your character will be deleted.
