    If you have another account, try to login it and check your character if its online or not.
    I don't think that you have problem on your client since you are able to login but it says "your account is already logged in".
    Means you have been disconnected while in game due to internet connection problem or someone is using your account.

    If you have screenshot, post it here so the staffs can see it and help you with your problem.
    And please avoid double posts (Moderator wannabe? lol).
