    So - right now, there is both at least one Asmo and one Ely in your account? Or did you delete the other race's character after transfering?

    If you delete the asmos and you only have Elyos in your account then obviously the account is not dual race. You need to have both races in an account for it to be dual race. If you delete one race, then it isn't dual race anymore and you will have to transfer another Asmo again to make it that.

    You lost them because you made a mistake, not because of a server mistake :p
    No, I can't help you, you will have to transfer another Asmo. Unfortunately.
