Gamez Dual Clienting

Good day everyone.

I am after to those greedy ppls who use this feature to take advantage into someone or a group of ppl. For example, joining BG event specifically TWO GODS which some other Asmodians throw the event. Without knowing that they have an online Elyos account joining the said event too. Rank9 in TWO GOODS and port out with no reason. They are spoiling the game. Totally.

The other is PVP GROUP (Party). I did PT on a random Asmodian Templar PVPing around Inggison. He told me to go somewhere he located, so did I. The moment I arrive the said location, he AFK for about 5 mins and boommmm --- an assassin hitting me with no mercy. So I die. The assassin run away and hide. In about a minute or so he moved and say sorry to me. So, he did resurrect me and I accepted it. I used potion and rested for about a minute to recover my HP, then he told me "wait a sec" and I have waited. Again, the assassin came out from nowhere and randomly hitting me. But in good-faith I managed to kill the assassin. Again he came back from being AFK and ask me "why did u kill the sin?". I was like mind blown and just leave the group instantly.

It sucks. The greedyness is really high. They are doing this stuff specially on the Godstone quest in Reshanta and some BG Events.

And the saddest part is, they are even doing this thing on GM Events.

 

That can be true sadly. But having a dual client is something we do allow. Now if these people are abusing events that GMs do in game, they will get punished. Same goes for forum events etc. About the sin you mentioned above, well yeah might be the same person but how can you prove this? Unfortunately there's not much you can do as a player but for any case you can always ask any GM who is available that time to have a look on suspicious players and eventually warn them.

Some people will be like this and never change. Sad.

 

Yes. I just want every good and legit person to be aware of it. Ya know, we just want to be fair enough to everyone.

And I hope these ppls to at least think how much shame they get doing such thing.

 

i agree! i do sometimes use dual-client whenever I created a new toon or would like to get lower grade remodels from instances but sad to say, every thing that can be abused or exploited will be abused or exploited. too bad legit players suffer for it.

Terribly sorry to disappoint, but 95% of the people in this game and most games in general have no shame nor respect towards others.

Fair enough for everyone? Come on, the guy did what? Sent you off to a location (which you for whatever reason decided to run to) and alt tabbed to his other race char to fight you. I find it rather amusing that 1) you are actually that naive 2) that he would actually go through all that trouble. It's rather entertaining. I'd have fooled around with the guy and killed his sin a few more times, to make him cry.

This isn't in any way "unfair", just lame. But anyone with a decent enough PC could do it.

I doubt they'd get away with it on events hosted by GMs. There's a really simple way to check players IPs so nah. As for the Two gods events and etc, I do agree it could be annoying, but that's Gamez mentality xD Philippinos are retarded. (Most of them lel)

I'm a Filipino as well but i would agree to this. Mostly, Filipinos who does this despicable acts (hacking, cheating or exploiting whatever they can) are the ones who plays at computer shops and would rather spend their time playing before studying. Apologies my fellow Filipinos but some does actually stain our good name.

We had a friend who would 6x client on 1 pc and use a hack that would allow him to duplicate all the moves and skills of the main character, basically it was 1 character with 5 copycats running around and doing instances. Actually, this is kinda hilarious.
