Donation Issue

Donated about 4 hours ago. My bank account was charged for the transaction, but I never received anything. I submitted a request to payment wall and still have not heard any information.

I tried emailing [email protected], but apparently that email address is no good

 

I've been waiting, would kind of like to know what the issue is.

 

Usually it only takes 15-20 minutes tops. Really the only reason I'm interested is paymentwall put a hold on the purchase, then cleared it, then reopened it.. Wondering if it actually went through, or if it's pending refund or something strange.

 

I have the same issue on this donation i have waited like 17hours to recieve my credits and they change the super rewards to Skrill !
Too hard to donate this days and keep waiting and waiting to recieve it !

 

agreed. most likely, if it's your first time to donate, you'll receive the credit within 24-48 hours. usually this happens as the payment provider needs to clear the charge on your bank account or the payment method you used if it's valid or not. If you's your second time or so, it should come within 24 hours since your account has already been verified before. and based on my experience in donating, Gamez do give out the credits once it has been verified.

 

I donated many times .But before i've waited like 2hours -4hours to receive my credits but now it's getting arg ' . And i alwys use the SR POINTS! Just saying about this .

 

Maybe your bank need a confirmation about your transaction to purchase this credits you need to confirm the transaction or if you already confirm it and you got a receipt on your Email.. You should wait for about an hours maybe days if nothing arrived much better to contact the admin good luck.

 

@websyphen payments that are made for the first time require up to 48 hours sometimes longer to process. Also do not forget the bank holidays therefore bank transactions are held for a day as it's not considered a business day.
