ah, so you downloaded the client from NCSoft. That's the reason why you can't login. NCSoft client is already on 4.9 version and Gamez in on 4.8 client. With this, I recommend that you dowload the full client via the torrent:
1. Torrent link on this page: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/official-torrent-client-4-8-0-4.191043/
2. You need to have uTorrent or Bittorrent to use the file.
After downloading, just update the Gamez client if asked then start playing.

If your last login was before January 1, 2014 or within 2013, you may want to check this for our returning player campaign.

Try to Download it all again From the Start.. Cause the downgrade system is not yet available .. But I recommend to download it all again from the start the whole File.

 

Then we will be given information on how to download to the latest version, but as of now, downloading via torrent is your best option to get back in game.

Your most likely mistaken as far as what your saying I assured.
Yes, I did say there was an update coming. We also just had one for 4.8 which was what I was referring to. Only way to connect is with the torrent, and item.pak will work fine or at least should.
