Info Single-Item Bundle Trade-Ins

Hello my loves!

I am sure that most, if not all of you are aware that along with the 4.8 update came a list of bundles and decomposables that you are unable to open. Many of you have come to me in the past asking "this bundle gives item X, the content is not randomly generated, so why can't you just remove the bundle from my inventory and give me the item it is supposed to give since I can't open it". Well, @Purell and I will now be doing this for you!



"Which bundles can I turn in?"
We will ONLY be using this service to do trade-ins of bundles that have contents that are NOT randomly generated. Any token that would give you ONE item no matter how many times you opened it, can be turned in. Any item that would give you an item generated from a list of items based on RNG, CANNOT be turned in.

Example of valid bundles you can turn in: Radiant Token Bundle (gives 1 Radiant Token), [Title] Light of Katalam (gives 1 Light of Katalam title), etc.
Example of bundles YOU CANNOT TURN IN: Strong Wyven Form Candy Bundle - This can give you two types of candy that are based on RNG, therefore we will not be exchanging them. Noble Tidal Idian Bundle - This can give you a random Noble Tidal Idian, therefore we will not be exchanging it. Legendary Noble Accessory - This bundle might give you any one accessory out of a list. Therefore, we cannot remove it from you and give you its contents because what you may get is based on RNG. Fire Dragon's Weapon Bundle - This bundle might give you any Fire Dragon Weapon, based on RNG. Therefore we will not be accepting exchanges for it.



"Who can I talk to to turn in my bundles?"
To turn in your bundles, send a whisper to @Dimitra (Dimi) or @Purell (Purehell) ingame, or a PM here. Do NOT message anybody else. Once we find you ingame, your items will be removed directly from your inventory, and the contents will be mailed through Black Cloud mail. You will not have to trade/mail us the bundles, so don't worry about requiring VIP.


Please understand that multiple people might be asking to do these trade-ins from now on. Be considerate, and do not take up our time when doing them. If we have told you that a bundle cannot be exchanged because it is not a single item bundle, listen to us and do not argue.

Remember - We cannot be online everyday or whenever you need us, so please bear with us until we can login and assist you with your trade-ins.

how about kahrun symbol's for ancient token bundle, we will be able to trade those as well?

Either way, since this seems to be a popular request: Strong Wyvern Form Bundles cannot be exchanged. As far as I know they can give Wise or Dignified candies, therefore they fall under the "randomly generated contents" category and cannot be turned in.

my opinion from what i've readed on top is that you will do something but not entierly correct me if i mistake. so my question is why did you bring 4.8 update when you wont make it to work properly? i mean what is the point of doing something when you wont do it right?

 

You may ask the admins that. I am a GM who tries to come up with temporary solutions to bugs that other people don't fix.
