First point, you are incorrect.
Second point, yes it is their fault for falling for a fake website that is requesting account information.
Third Point, it is about the same, though in some cases we are able to do something about the latter.

like for example,

I, owner of a cafe, has 8 customers who are playing gamezaion in my cafe, one (e.g Player A) of those are trying to hack someone, 7 (Player B, C, D,E, F, G, H) of those are legit players who spend some of their money to donate,

now, if Player A was reportedly caught red handed doing some scam, and the immediate action is to Ban the IP,

what will happen to Player B, C, D, E, F, G, H and ME?

more particularly to me? if my IP got Banned, are you not thinking of my Player B...... H? who are legit?

You clearly misunderstood me. I meant hacking or scamming is not allowed in the internet cafe

 

I don't know why this should be discussed when we all know the fact that there is a punishment for every illegal doing on the server. Banning them or there IP is just an example, we can't stop it but we can prevent it. All we can do is to report it if we see one. Other than that, its still our choice to ignore them or to make a move to stop them (knowing that it's really obvious that the strategy of the scamming is all similar and as i observed the website theyre giving us is all the same, probably same person. Retard person)

Just to make it clear. Here in my place there's an internet cafe that has gamezaion and the owner doesn't want the people playing there to scam or hack other players because he also used to play gamezaion and knows how hard it is to get items. Sure, you can't tell and stop other people from scamming or hacking anyone IF you don't know them, but if you do know them you can reason with them.
I'm not saying that its the same on other places. Here, they help each other to get items than scam other people
