Issue logging in.

I haven't played in about a year, and I tried to get back in; first I was getting the no server attached to the auth server, but redownloading the launcher fixed that.

Now, I'm getting the two servers show up, Lumiel, and Siel; I pick lumiel, as that's were my characters are, and aion just sort of hangs there, and refuses to respond, no error, no disconnect; background is still animating and the music is still playing; but it will just sit here like this forever, until I close the window manually, disabling all firewalls, and antivirus doesn't help. Any suggestions?

EDIT: after waiting some 5-10 minutes, I finally did get a message about disconnecting; redirecting back to login, entering creds again prompted you're already logged in, entering again allowed me to get back to the server select; where selecting lumiel once again caused aion to go completely unresponsive for several, long moments, before disconnecting back to login again.

Most probably you've updated your client to 4.9. Sadly at this moment in time our servers are running 4.8 version and will not be compatible. You may find downloading the Torrent version (With a few downsides and bugs) will be the only thing that will solve your problem.

Looks like you were right >.< spent 2 days downloading the update for the main client. I suppose I'll have to try this, should I uninstall the nc soft version before I download this?

 

No, do not uninstall it. Keep it safe for future patch. Just download the torrent version for the meantime, though your LFG will not work, only the game itself will.

 

I finally managed to get in, and so much has changed, looks like some skills were removed entirely? >.x and all of my stigma slots are empty now? And I can't seem to find where to get the stigmas? Any guidance is appreciated.
