    Katalam isn't available anymore. So the best option is Enshar/Cygnea.
    Here's where you can farm in Cygnea/Enshar: http://aiondatabase.net/us/item/186000231/
    Click on quest reward and click filter "Current Region/Category".

    How many do you need? I got a few in my inventory that I can give you if you need them now (That is if you are in Siel). However, if you want to farm for it, then go ahead. :)
