For most classes, I would take SEE+20 any day with the exception of maybe Templar, or a class that needs a certain stat like good block or parry. The Arbiter/Principal sets have those bonuses that SEED don't.

    SEED +20 > Arbiter
    Arbiter > SEED+15
    EA Plate > SEED+20 Plate

But should we take the pvp stats of arbi? I know +20 see has good stats but when it comes to pvp arbi has the upperhand

Small difference in PVP attack and Defense :3
what I need in +20 sets is the set effect and breakthrough skills (especially armorbane lelz) :3
in 5.0 (if it ever comes) EAs will have a set effect :3

I got 3 parts + 20 and a +20 dagger but then when i look at the pvp arbi is like 8.something and see +20 is 7.something?

Sadly I didn't make a comparison for overall PvP Attack and Defense for EA and +20 sets yet

As a summary it all depends on what playstyle & class you'll go with.

Personally, i preferred using Principal plate set for my Templar, the added block stat is already high which enabled me to put MR manastones to be a bit more tanky...

Yes that's what I am taking about. Principal for Templar and not SEED. The bonuses are good for the class. Same with chain I think has good block on in compared to SEED so block set for clerics would be arbiter, but most other classes are fine using SEED, cloth classes, gladi, leather classes, etc.

You can always use this site to check out different gear combinations. The overall opinion is that SEE +20 sets are somewhat better, but if you are a Templar, Support Chanter and/or Cleric, I suggest you stick with Principle/Arbiter.
