Other problem

Hi Sorry to be so annoying!
Well you fix the problem, directx updating everything now I have a new problem
When I go to aion so good I can play but I constantly hangs, freezes the image I (as a picture) each time and then returns to normal and I can not play nice quiet on this server

 

aion can be quite a demanding game, could u post ur hardware specs here?

 

So: Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits
ram: 4GB DDR2
Memory: 320 gb
Graphic card: Ati radeon HD 4670 1GB
directx: 10.1

post ur processor too if u can (cores/clock speed)

my old laptop was 2.2 dual core with 128mb graphics card and it ran fine. u can try lower the graphics and see if it keeps up although i dont think hardware is the issue here. since u had issues with directX be4, u might wanna try download a new setup and reinstal that. i also know there r issues with some graphics card drivers on win7 64bit (they mainly cause ur screen to freeze but then u gota force restart) so that should be the problem. do u have issues with other games? or just aion

Like I said, if your game is constantly freezing, your processor might be overheating. Check the temperature of the processor while you're playing Aion.

 

might also wanna tell him how xD
personally i like the program speedfan, (yes cores do cool down when u alt tab kinda fast). speedfan records the max temp as well (for both ur processor and ur graphics card) although i believe his hardware is good enough but u could be right, most people never clean their fans.

btw, type /ping ingame and tell us the number, u could just be lagging really badly

 

I realize that this happens all the games (GTA San Andreas, Aion, NFSU) so no it can be.

 

looks like a directX issue then, i would download the setup again and reinstal it

 

cuz my Darktrnix character if i log in always disconniction..and my character Faceofdeath bug i cant see people and i cant use wep..

 

if that doesnt help, reinstal ur graphics card driver, if its a new pc, they sometimes put a 32 bit driver (u have 64bit windows) and it causes problems, also updating a driver without removing it can screw stuff up so yeah, removing and letting windows update instal it back after pc restart might help. still think its directX though

 

lnternet connections will never show up as framerate lag.

Download this and have it active while you have Aion active, save, copy and paste all the temperature information on a new post. If your processor is overheating, the temperature should be at around 80 C or higher.

 

actually it does show as framerate lagg when things r still loading check it the moment u login xD

 

it happens when your computer loads up everything your latency left behind. Those are the only times Latency ever affects Framerate. in this guy's case, its not.

either way it feels like a directX issue had it with older games that dont support new directX, had horrible framerate on idk how old games xD even at minimum graphics
