Solved Item Pak

As you see after downloading the Item Pak there are 3 Files, after that you put in aion/data/usa/items.
My Question is that there are 3 files in that file that i downloaded and i see the another file named Item pak should i delete it?
Next Question is why i cant open the Festival Box that i bought in Sanctum from an NPC? does it require item pak to open it?

 

Delete everything from the itempak folder and place the 3 files in it that you downloaded. For the your question about the box? It's currently bugged.
