    Also, most of the tuning scrolls that players acquired are from "Tiamat Bloody Tears" event.

    Yes, this is where most people have their tuning scrolls from, @Kaijuh. Pretty sure you can still find some if you search enough, try shouting on LFG if you really need one and see what comes up, or accept to trade with the lovely @Rubyah and @Fantasia that are willing to trade theirs :p

    Gives you the chance to make a item 6 slotted. Let's say you obtained a armor piece that's 5 slot and you want to make it 6 slot? What you would have to do is use the mythic armor tuning scroll to have another chance to make it 6 slot. The mythic armor tuning scroll does not work for all items.
