    Rentus from the last time I checked it can get buggy sometimes. Players been having issues on the last boss.

    As for raksha? from what I remember you would have to wait a few mins for the boss appears.

    I wouldn't focus on killing him since not only the instance appears to be bugged, but when I was testing spawns a few weeks ago. Raksha ended up having no drop.

    You could easily buy it from a player for a low price. I find nether dragon King to be cooler if you're looking for that dragon animation.
