Cannot Recover Sub-Account -- Forgot E-mail

Good day!
I've played Gamezaion for 2-3 years (mostly active years was 2010-2012) and then been M.I.A for almost 3-4 years (went away for college-- no fast internet there) (2013 till 2016) now I want to go back in the game.

I have two accounts, one is main (a templar -- Furyroo ) and the other is sub (gladiator - Aeskiel )
Problem is, I forgot the e-mail and password of my sub account so I have no way of resetting my sub-account password... I still have access to my main account because I use my main e-mail for that one, however, I cannot remember the e-mail for my sub account since it has already been 3-4 years and I've only used that e-mail for making my sub-account here in gamezaion.

Question is-- is there any way for me to recover my sub-account? By transferring it's account e-mail to another e-mail so I can reset it's password perhaps? I can give my username and I can give details as to what items it has... and other details if necessary.. Also, here are in-game screenshots for proof that I own the the character / account that I am saying. (although screenshots of it is not that updated ) The last legion I have been in was the Illusionist. I hope someone still remembers and believes me.. I really want to go back in the game and my sub-account (Aeskiel) is what I mostly use for PvP, etc.

P.S: I already went all over the forum and I've seen the e-mail change thread by sir Lautaro (link: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/accounts-email-address-recovery.190528/ ) I have tried it again and again but the CMD output does not show because I have already upgraded my desktop and please.. it has been 3-4 years ago i've already done several reboots.. the instruction there says (CMD output should be generated from the computer you use to play the game.) but basically I do not have the computer that I used to play the game years ago as my computer is new now..)

I'm really hoping that I'll be given a chance to recover / reset my this sub-account of mine so I can go back in the game.. I'm ready to answer any other questions and do whatever is necessary to recover this character / account... Hoping for your kind understanding GM's...

@Furyroo you can PM @Puddles anytime and tell him about your problem. It is his pleasure to help you. Though you items are a bit obsolete these days, I know you treasure every piece of them (old school remodels, weapon, and tons of consumables). Tip : If ever you Pm puddles, the best way is to call her Ma'am instead of Sir. Im sure she'll love it. d:

Yes I have tried the account email address recovery by sir Lautaro but it doesn't work for me because I do not have the old desktop on which I have played gamezaion 3-4 years ago anymore.. I do not have access to the necessary CMD data sir
