    Hello gamez friends.
    Please help me. i am experiencing trouble with my laptop.
    i got acer one 10. windows 8.

    i got a message saying "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart ... ... ..."
    i searched online and tried different solutions.
    trying to get in to safe mode, but it seem like safe mode was disabled in my laptop. and can only be enable when you get in. but i cant even bypass the error message.

    my second option was to fix it using win 8 installer. tried entering bios, my bios is aptio setup utility - copyright (c) 2014 american megatrends inc
    there is only one boot option which is the "[windows boot manager]",
    they said disable secure boot and enable CSM function. but after disabling secure boot, nothing happens.
    no other options added.

    can you guys please help me?
    i really want to play aion soo badly :(

    search on internet how you can reset acer on the default settings , I had to make same way with my PC time ago ...

    Take it to a local computer repair shop. You may cause more problems if you don't know what you are doing.

    mate trust me, acer is shit. i have acer predator g3 as desktop tower but i have alooot of problems with it!

    My guess is you're actually experiencing a BSOD on Win8, and I suggest you have a fresh OS install it'll determine if what part is giving this a problem hardware or software.
    Obviously if you still experience this problem after a fresh OS install then its probably you're hardware giving up on you, if you do not then you're good to go.

    PS: Get back on windows 7, if you ever follow my advice.

    win 10 is pure retard, after browsing few time youtube/google my pc was full of viruses, in less than 10 mins. in 15 years i never had that much problems like i had with win10 in 15 mins. sticking on win7 is better.
