Hello guys, it's been a while hasn't it?
I really do not know where to start but let me just put it this way. I've been playing so many other games but for me, nothing matches Aion for its unique pvp gameplay and just how the game is put together in general. I have tried playing so many RTS, MOBAs, MMORPGs and FPS games but they all bring me back to Aion. So recently, I thought, maybe we could give Aion another shot. Most of you probably don't know who I am but this goes out to all of you guys. To those who have played with or against me, for those who considered me as their friend or rival, for those who have been here since 3.0, these questions go out to you guys.

1. What do you think about the current state of GamezAion?
2. What is the current state of the PvP?
3. What keeps you in GamezAion?
4. Are there any guild that are willing to take a noob templar and a noob cleric?

1. What do you think about the current state of GamezAion?

-In my honest opinion, the state is currently fine. But don't expect too much because there are less players now than before. But the game is still awesome. Idk why
Edit: And there are also returning players. But the ratio is not equal. Let's assume that only 4 out of 10 players are returning.

2. What is the current state of the PvP?

-Still zerg. Plus the pvp place are set in new maps.

3. What keeps you in GamezAion?

-Just like you said earlier, the game is unique and to be honest nothing matches aion for me. I've been playing this game since 2010 and it's really hard for me if i will let it go lol

4. Are there any guild that are willing to take a noob templar and a noob cleric?

Pretty much since you haz many friends in here.

i say NO. but its your money. your call.

ps: if you are expecting the same old pvp. then think again. today's pvp is a farcy from the old pvp.
if i enjoyed Gamez like 10/10 3-4 yrs ago. now its 4/10 at most.

 

i think the older players still doing pvp on the new maps(its not the same but its fine for now) but we opted more for portals like 1v1 , mix, or events,
Consider it that although it is not the same even fun this game

 

Hey man, been a while indeed hah.

My best advice would be to just log in and check it out yourself lol. I only lurk on forums, so I can't tell you what the state is, but I've heard it hasn't changed that much since like 4.0 aside from population dropping.

As for donating, I'd personally say it's not worth it, unless you, yourself log and decide it is. I know I wouldn't, but I've lost most of my liking for Gamez over the course of the past few years.

 

We are kinda in-game, trying out the pvp and stuff. We got camped in our bases most of the time because people outgear us by a lot and they just have a bigger group. Personally, I'd say it's worth a shot but not the big one.

I'd tell you to try, PvP is not the same, players are not the same, but tell me what is the same in the whole Aion? People didn't get bored of Gamezaion, people got bored because some of them got something better to do (work, family, another game).

It's been a long time and why not give a chance to have some fun, we are giving our best trying to make our PvP system the best again. I hope you can come back and have fun. See you around man.

Hi and welcome back. These are my honest answer:

1. What do you think about the current state of GamezAion?

So so, maybe a version update will give an impact to it, but right now yea.

2. What is the current state of the PvP?

Constant old school style zerg pvp is still available in Kaldor.
GMs do regular events and are pretty good to join.
1v1 has been changed to 2 hours interval and magical classes are dominating in it.
Aside from auto group portals 2v2 3v3, you hardly get any opponents in 6v6 or 4v4v4v4.
FFA and Mixed Fight are mostly empty.

3. What keeps you in GamezAion?

I am currently half quit, only thing kept me logged in occasionally is my friends still playing it.

4. Are there any guild that are willing to take a noob templar and a noob cleric?

Should be many.

 

The zergs now are nothing compared to the zerg back in gelk and inggi. I'd say there's a group and a half of asmos + 2 groups of elyos in this current map just pingponging right now. If this is how it's gonna be then iunno man. Ty for your answer

 

-The current state isn't so bad, the events held by both AM and the system (timed 1v1 , 2v2, etc portals) are quite making everyone happy I guess. The top gear is still on a high price category and just recently the elyos has been owning the asmo on siege. Nothing much to say more about the current state of the game, there's a lot of things to do in game and the fun is still there I guess, not as much as before but fortunately it still gives you that compelling feeling.

-PVPs are quite different this time, but its only more about conquering forts which give you GP (points where you'll be needing to get your rank up, I believe AP only gets you up to rank 1) , which I mention as siege on the first phrase and Kaldor zerged. I'm hoping to get back in action with you and glor on Beluslan rofl.

-The only thing that keeps me on the game is the probably same reason why we thought about coming back in the first place, when you're doing good in game, when you've been playing it for ages and you're hoping to relive that those moments. That's is probably why, the bliss of reliving on such the gameplay itself. But technically saying its because I'm taking advantage of my 2digit ping lmaoo.

-I'm expecting you guys on making one you're own and consider me as someone who wants to join. 'NA KA MA' is quite the most active legion where they conquered almost all of the forts in the past few days,
also I'm positively sure you're welcome there.

^Realtalk, but when you're all geared up and had been doing PVP a lot you'll find the game fun at least from what I've experienced, maybe not the fun we've been wanting to see again but change is inevitable and you probably expect a lot from the thoughts of coming back. But its's all about perspective don!

@BetaMax is someone who's been playing with Gods and really into a 50$ game, so expect his standards to be extremely high hahahaha

 

Haha! Some of you guys have no idea what "zerg" meant back in the day lol! That ping-pong in Inggi was such a classic.

Heiron was by far the best experience I ever had in this Game. Too bad it died when the new crappy maps came out. Ping-pong moved into Tiamat's thing (heck if I remember the name, Tiamaranta or something? lolz)

And zergs moved to the new town with lame safe zones all over it xd

Anyways, have fun dude. It's still a decent way to kill some free time. I do it occasionally, just not in Gamez.

Well i think this is as good as before...(from a perspective of the noobs), besides the best thing about gamez is that you can't find before when its just 3.0 is that it had endure the test of time....It's been 6 years now and it is still alive. The community specially the staffs is trying their best everyday... giving their precious time making this server alive.. contributing all of their ideas just to make you stay...Of course you will get somehow but again its like energy of repose you can refill it back again...
2. What is the current state of the PvP?
I dunno how to say it but, song weavers are OP....(not good if you belong to those)
3. What keeps you in GamezAion?
The forums...

I am very old in the game almost since leaving the aion was in 1.5 I started playing and I really for me to fallen much aion, I'm still playing but everything is now donate no longer instances that motivate one to go for clothes with good skin or prizes, all that is done in aion is to donate and you're the best in your class is not worth the experience you have that comes a new donut and you exceeds one day when you wear 4 or 3 years playing, really it touched me when updating the gamez aion that are new things but it is always the same one there is a pvp place and peel, no excitement to update that you want to see new things for example something that and wanted for a long time is there is a transformation that give star army this video shows, and unless otherwise army star worth nothing that not you can buy anything I'm army 4 and can only buy food and bottles hp, I want you to remove some bug to revive the game for example horita give acient tion that serves to buy a pvp set is not very good but good skin and not you can buy everything we have blocked all we can do in the game is pvp and who will want to play when you are going to fight and kill you 1 v 5 and there is nothing fun
