Can't play the game

I downloaded gamez through utorrent and i was still getting the issue where after i login and select a server, nothing happens. I read that the way to make this stop happening was to reinstall through the utorrent, which I did but now when i try to open gamez i get the pop up : There are files missing for the launcher, please, reinstall the launcher! I have tried running as admin and that didnt work either.

okay my aion version is 4.9.1.2, gamez is 4.8 correct? is there a link to a downgrade? I can't find one

 

There is no available downgrade as of yet, you would need to get the proper version from either our torrent, or via a guide that is available that an alternative download source.
However in the meantime there is a guide newly available that allows you to use your 4.9 client to play the game with some minor errors that may or may not get in your way until you get the proper client.

so is the torrent link on the home page of the gamez website not the proper version? all i did was click that link and install it.

 

You can keep 4.9v until Gamez gets updated. As @Luff said, we do not have any downgrade available at this time, you can download full 4.8v here (Click) or download mediafire mirror link (mentioned above).

5.0 is coming soon in an instant within the not so distant future. And Gamez do have a full working client via torrent. Staffs are trying to help the man figure out the problem.

already have web installer apparently, and i clciked the link for bat file and its not available

 

I will just try doing the 4.8v link again, although im pretty sure this is what i clicked to install last time and it is saying im on 4.9
