Lmao, uhh any of the streaming websites even allow to stream above 1080p? I'd even think at 1440p 30fps is pushing it. I mean it would be super clear, but how much of the active public even have 4k UHD displays? :x Never heard of livestreaming 4k though, if you do find let me know o.o The bandwidth usage would be massive and probably only people with high end internet connection could stream such muchless due to it being 2160p...

Yeah, it really does lol, I don't know what CPU you have but if you stream at 1080p then it sounds like it's pretty good, but as you can see in that guide, the bandwidth (your upload speed) can get choked which would prolly cause your stream to be choppy esp if you are able to get it to stream at 2160p. Some monitors aren't even able to stream at that resolution from YouTube much-less via a live stream, but I think that it would be incredible difficult to stream live at 2160p and as I said before a lot of people prolly would get choppy playback due to their bandwidth not being able to keep up or even the streamer xD

CPU would definitely feel it, as well as your GPU, but I think out of all the three things, bandwidth would be the huge issue lol... If I may ask, why are you trying to go above full HD 1080p ? XD

Well your CPU is definitely awesome, the GPU may run into issues as per which game you run at 2160p that you'd want to 'stream' live, but also your bandwidth would be one to consider. That person streaming at 1440p is pretty amazing, since its between Full HD and 4k UHD. Prolly hogs bandwidth a lot, you should try and find out what kind of bandwidth they have/use ^^ Good curiosity though haha, it would be something to see, definitely =D

Edit: Try playing the below video at 2160p60 and tell me how it plays xD it should be fluid for you , but tell me about how well it streams it haha...

Not sure what monitor you have o.o - I'm 100% sure the GTX960 can do 2160p so if you're having issues it may be your monitor xD What's your model?
Also 80mb connection is more than enough to watch a video in 2160p? Yeah o.o but your upload bandwidth is where the issue comes in if you were to 'live stream' that kind of quality ya'know?
