    If it doesn't spawn today, maybe next day. Sad part for now. Just try another instances like Ruins of Chaos, Tiamat Stronghold, etc.

    3x Run in Ruins of chaos is 900k ap, 1x run in TS is 300k, 1x/2x run in Rentus Base is 600k. You get more than 1.5m ap.

    The rift appear randomly at pandaemonium near to the Abbey Statue teleport and at Sanctum Elyos Square.

    As already said above, the rifts spawns are random, we do not control them, keep looking at the capitol cities or LFG, as soon as they appear someone will announce making alliance.

    I do believe the only way is by doing PvP or the instances thru the Special Rifts.
    Also, at Reshanta I guess you will find some mobs that gives AP, but you'll take some time to farm since they AP given is very low.
