Solved account - help

hello, Can someone unstuck my account please ? as fast as its possible ?
i deleted a character and now i cant log in game....

 

yep I have same problem . I already pmed Dimi , waiting for help . But if you want to log in , just stop deleting that char . then you can log again

Uhm you guys apparently need to wait for Server Restart

 

I just unstuck a lot of accounts. If you had requested a unstuck from the website then try now.

 

My problem is different.
I can log in and everything is ok but when I try to select the stuck character my client just disappear. I can play on the other characters on the same account.

 

If you tried to unstuck it already then the only way to fix that issue is by a server restart. We could use one since it has been a while since a restart.

 

Sounds like I didn't help you when I did I tried to get you unstuck, it didn't work. There are things I cannot fix, and I remember telling you to wait.

Which is why I told you to wait, cause I couldn't fix it myself and only time would

 

it seems that your character is on hard stuck, all you need to do is send an unstuck request and wait for a server restart.
Note: if you do a unstuck request do not ever to attempt to log in with that stuck toon until the server restarts hope taht helps.

 

Its okay now server restart fixed it.

 

does restarting a server require too much? or is it as simple as pressing a restart button and its done. no bills no fees nothing.. ?
we should have a restart per 2 weeks as server protocol since stuck characters are very common.

but it seems you actions somehow made it fast to delete cuz I was stucked more then 1 day with those deleting chars. when you made action it was deleted in no time

 

A server restart is requested from Lautaro or Carl. Sometimes it may also take longer as updates are taking place, therefore to avoid restarting every couple of days, things get updated in weekly/bi-weekly batches, sometimes longer, if that makes sense.
