The beta website is up!

You should be able to login with your account and access the few modules that are currently enabled.
If you can't login please reply to this thread with your character name and server.

June 10th is my last final, after that we'll have updates on the beta website almost every day or so.

For the time being, check out the layout and test the few modules that are enabled.

 

Almost forgot to mention. The next module I will be enabling on the beta website is a new locking system for when your accounts are offline, this will help reduce accounts being hacked and items stolen. More info about that later...

Do you mean here the idle_time? for example, when the user stays afk for 15 minutes the system will log him off?

 

Nope.

There will be a "lock/unlock account" button below the "welcome back ..." message that is under the usercp menu.
By clicking the unlock button, the website will ask for your account security PIN (the 4 digit extra security feature).
If the PIN is correct then you will receive an email with a link. Once you click the link on your email, you will be able to use your account normally.
5 minutes after you logout from the game, the system will automatically lock your account again (or you can lock it instantly using the lock button).

It is basically a 2-step verification system to prevent other people from getting into your account (even if they have your user and password).

When your account is in locked mode, you are still able to login like you would normally do. However, every game function is pretty much blocked.. all you can do while in locked mode is walk around.

Pretty neat huh?

Accounts registered before around 2014 do not have that info

I've been working on the new security feature and item enchantment for the past week. I'll have the security one this weekend.

 

i see... so there will be security lock for the acc.. that will be great
