As far as I know, you will need to download 32 GB.

 

it really is 32 gig ram but you can download it or find the download link in Gamezaion.com or in website

 

Like what @Noyah said, you got 2 options, either the 23 or the 32 gb. 23 is working properly (they said it, the ones who tried it).

can u guys tell me the sequences of PVP armor after ABG ? its been a long time for me. the last best pvp set i know was ABG, then what's next. seems like Elite Arbiter's set is the best now. what do i miss?

In 3.0 there were 3 types, " normal ", Archon Commander's , " slightly better " Elite Archon Commander's and " the one with augmentation " Archon Commander's Divine.
In 4.0 Ambassador's/Shepherd's/Custodian's/Emissary's divine sets and also Arbiter's/Principal's sets.
In 4.5 Elite Arbiter's/Elite Principal's sets.
In 4.7 Special Elite Ambassador's/Special Elite Emissary's, Elite Overlord Divine/Elite Evangale Divine, Shadewing Divine/Duskwing Divine /Blazewing Divine /Dawnwing Divine sets

Right now? Elite Arbiter/Elite Principal and 4.7 items are the best.

 

yes, the best PvP set then is ABG after that SHEDIM >> CUSTODIAN / SHEPERD / AMBASSADOR / then ARBITER then ELITE ARBITER
thats the sequencing but the best PvP set now is Elite Arbiter aka. EA
