Solved Can't log in..

Hello today I created an account on Gamez Aion, I verified the e-mail but it seems like I can't connect because it says that the username and the password are incorrect even tho they are fine.Help please ?

 

Are you sure you have put your password and name correctly? Meaning that you may misspelled it or used capital letters

 

or maybe is not gamez login .

 

Thought of this as well, in case player is playing in other servers.
Could be also a forgotten step in the verification email..who knows let's wait and see

 

I am lauching the game with the GamezAion Launcher and yes the name and the password are not misspelled.

 

Do you have any symbols (not a-z 0-9) in your password? I found them to not work while trying to log ingame but they work fine on the website when you log in.

 

Ye I know, on website I can log in.Yea it contains some numbers.

 

This is one possibility, second one is what @lisveth said that maybe the verification didn't go as planned. I had a couple users a few weeks ago that were 100% sure they verified their account so I looked it up and it showed "not verified", so they clicked on the verification link again and it worked. I'll send you a message so I can get your info and check out if that's the case.

The username and password are not misspelled I checked.
