My simple question is...

It is possible to unban an account that was used a long time ago.

I believe it to be of a 2 to 3 years ago, however I can access it yet.

The ban is permanent , however I wonder if there is any procedure that is possible to perform so you can re- use it

Well, first I would like an answer directly from the Admins if possible , I think what the fair would give a new opportunity one who was wrong and NOT simply expel ,
besides losing players are also losing money.

Under no circumstances should the fact of spending money on the game excuse you for breaking the rules and disrespect our policy. Besides, in your case it might be luckier to create a new account if you would only want back your account because of your gear, considering what you had 2-3 years ago has most likely lost its value by now.
