    This is a known issue and you will just need to wait for it to get deleted. We can't really do much.

    try to leave ur legion n unequip all ur items..then delete urs char n restart ur client..i have try this n it works..

    its alright, this isn't the issue. Just gotta wait 720 minutes for deletion process to finish. It also bugged my char selection during this process, made the char on top of the list do the animation non stop, the thing it does once when u click on it.

    Leave Legion-Select Char-(Char Selection)Select Server or Close Client-Enter Server Again-Delete it!
    Try it! I'll do that when i gonna delete char!
