item bug or stuck problem

good day to all anyone can help me this i was about to mail my items to an other account then after i unequipped th e few of the items it kinda disappear but when i logged in to my account on the website and watch it on view your inventory its still their in my characters inventory my question is how to fix this is their any one has encountered a problem like this? how did you fix and get your items that is invisible when you log in game pls help

 

i think you must have item pak or relog.

Have you tried re-arranging your items by pressing the button for it?

 

i already relog many times and got the new itempack but still missing when i log in

sorry but i havent i have empty space in my inventory but still its missing i have the itempack for vip and i relog many times but still dang missing

 

You should try it, this might solve your problem. Items don't just disappear, especially since it shows in the website that you have it.

It did, for most people. You just have you to try it yourself.. this happens from time to time.

 

i experience that but in trading only my item is gone, then when i'm relog the item are appeared.

yes they do, i lost 7,000 drenite ores that I just freshly extracted from brilliant drenites and I never got an answer from puddles what really happened, she said she'd investigate. That was half a year ago.

 

so did you got your drenite ores back? what did you do?

 

im still sitting here waiting for investigation results but ur not encountering a case like mine dont worry. when mine disappeared i relogged and even checked on gamez site if its there and it wasn't but urs are so no worries for you. im sure its just item pak problems.
