signet silence?

does anyone noticed signet silence of sins doesn't land everytime even on mobs..i've just tested it today many time on mobs..
it just the way it is or its a bug?

That skill has a rather low magic accuracy compare to the other runes, on the 3.0 patch where runes got buffed on MA, signit silence wasn't one of them. Also there are rare occasions where it will land but the player won't take the silence effect. It is pretty normal to miss it if you have no MA builds to back up for it.

 

wtf...so i need to change my build to MA . . . . btw how much MA do i need to have using EA LEATHER & 2x EA SWORD w/ shepherd acces?

 

just put ma/crit on weapon

 

is that enough to land signet everytime? not including full mr users ofc .

 

yeap then sin have buff that give accu and ma

 

you should carve at least 5 runes to totally activate the skill and its effect, having greater MA will help too do not forget the 5 runes my brather

 

yup, i always uses ripclaw w/c i think burries 5 runes b4 i uses it..even that ill miss a lot on mobs
i also tried using beast swipe chain b4 signet but still missed on mobs a lot ... so sad

 

Using Killer's Eye before Signet Silence would help a lot too. It gives 300 MA and Signet Silence would not burn the buff because Signet Silence is a magical skill, Killer's Eye disappears and gets used up only after your next Physical Attack Skill.

Way back 2.7 (before the class restrictions start), mostly assassins use cloth set (ABG, Masta) for Magic Boost and Magic Accuracy reasons, but is not advisable to use it. Big magic dmg but small physical dmg.

 

Awakened Asherion's Sets are available now which dont hav class restrctions but it cost a lot of $ i guess

 

mb build for sin b4 is best since we can 7k crit hit on ur opponent..but that's long b4 the +20 ea's we have now.sadly it can't be done against those guys XD

 

It's not really the EA / EP sets. What completely killed magic boost/signet silence assassin build is the introduction of magic suppression because assassins only have magical accuracy buffs but no magic boost buffs at all.

 

yah.. i dnt know why ncsoft introduced that magic suppression thing, the over pvp attack%, over pvp def%, since we're happy with abg set we have b4

 

I am a full MR chanter and it landed on me a while ago.

 

killer's eye then signet it help's a lot.

 

well, i didn't mentioned that thing/set for i know in private donation, it costs a lot, same with the credits. but Pizzapizza used it and still he's got some damn dmg (he used it for MR reasons tho)
