Cannot log-in Game

Hi its been 2 years when I played this game. I can still login to website and my character not showing anymore also there.
my problem I cannot log in to game it sayh my ID and password didnt match or something. I tried to change my password and still thesame error I updated my client and i change itempak and gameaion is ok also. Please let me know what to do.

 

Seems you're going to need to send a PM to a HeadGM or Admin and have them check into this for you.

 

Incorrect. Characters are never deleted, no matter how long you're inactive.

 

How i wish they where not deleted. I miss playing gamezaion

 

If your account is old and you can login to the website but not the game then it's one of these possibilities:
You're either using special symbols in your password (website allows them but the game doesn't, so change to a password that does not include symbols and is consisted of only letters A-Z and numbers 0-9) or you are using a very long password (try changing it again to make sure) or you are not using the right client to login with.

What I'd ask you to do for now is a password reset: http://gamezaion.com/?page=lostpw
Ask for a reset then you will get a new password sent to your email. Open your client and try logging in with your account name and your new password, and if it doesn't work then we'll talk about the next step.

The account you sent me by PM was created on April 19th, 2016. It's not activated, meaning you didn't verify your email address, which is the reason you are getting the password error message.
I manually activated your account, however there are no characters in your account, perhaps you had another account? that might be the reason you don't see your old characters.

 

yup true, I have been inactive for 4 years but all my toons and items stille there when i returned

 

Thank you for your answer maybe its different user I use before thats why I cant see my account. I was playing chanter before its 54+ in lvl name devine or devine demon I wll check my old harddrive if I have some screenshot of my character if I found any I will pm you. Thank you for the reply again.
