is it possible to expand my last 2 rows in my cube 4?

I am frustrated with this, Any Staff pls???
i dont want to create another toon bcs this is my main/trading toon since 2011. apart from that i also have title, motion, pet, etc in this toon

Please be reminded that the staff members have real life to, however, please be advised that whoever the staff you PM, whether it's a Head GM, S.AM, Mod or whoever, will do their best to attend to your request as soon as they can. Meanwhile, if you need the extra space, I recommend to create a new toon and transfer some of your unused items their first then transfer them back once your request has been attended to. yeah i know sir, thanks for ur suggestion, appreciated it.
but i have plan to remove my 3 toons and stay with my main. so this cube expansion means a lot for me.
just 2 rows in 1 toon. T_T
