    I had a Studio and then I bought a Deed Mansion but there are Items in my studio can I get that back and how ??

    your items(furniture) in your studio will go to your storage......if it happen you've got a mansion/estate/palace you might can still use your items(furniture) in your studio to your current house(home)....in other words your items(furnitures) will just transfer to your current house(home)!!!

    You just need to have access to Studio to be able to auction (place money) for a house/mansion. However I do believe the system is currently bugged last time I checked.
