I believe that depends on how you define "best", coz on my end, yes, it would still be one of the best in terms of PVP but trading could be a little stressful since (excuse me for the term) some traders are really greedy. So welcome and enjoy. I recommend that you try it first hand so that you'll be able to experience it and rate it for yourself.
