    If you are talking about old characters, which don't have all cubes like the new ones, there used to be a thread to request for an expansion, but right now it is temporary closed and you cannot request it. Make sure you did these quests:
    If you're elyos: A Lucky Day
    If you're asmodian: Unexpected Reward
