    Btw, can I run the game immediately after I transfer it to my local disk c? Or should I need to follow the directory (i.e put it inside NCSoft folder) generated by ncsoft installers?

    All you need to do is download it, install itempak from here , run gamezlauncher and play. At the moment, you don't need anything that's related to ncsoft.
