    after doing what sir dondee said (/quit) this is what happen to my account >.<!!
    i tried to open my sister's account too if i was just lag and if the problem will be same as her but it wasnt like mine

    i did open her.....unlike mine cant go to character selection -_-!!!

    It looks like your character is hard stuck. That explains why you couldn't quit or relog before.

    now i can use my other toon except for my SM "Wonrei"..hmm and when i try to log in my SM its automathically got DC...

    He's the reason your whole account got stuck. He is hard stuck, only a server reboot will help you.

    Nothing can be done. If we had a solution to avoid everyone getting hard stuck, we wouldn't keep it to ourselves. Right now, you can play only with your other toons until there's a server reboot.
