It says that they suggest we choose a server that is close to the game, isn't the server in like EU or something now? which means I should choose a EU server?

 

Siel is located in the US. Lumiel in the EU. So as an Australia, we'd want to connect to the US as it's closer.

Here's my ping in game connecting to Siel via Battleping and with Leatrix Latency installed.

 

So seeing as I'm on Lumiel, would you perhaps know which server I should choose then because it's EU?

 

I can tell you that, even with the help of Battleping, your ping will be high regardless. I don't know where it's located exactly in the EU, but you could give some of those servers a try. Although I'd recommend Siel for lower ping.
