Info Arch Daeva Quest Information

For those of you who are experiencing issues with this quest please do the following, in this order.

If you for whatever reason, do not have the letter you are supposed to. Please let one of the S.AM, H.GM, or myself know. We will get it to you.

1) Relog

if that does not work

2) type (if first part of quest 'Sealed Letter')
for Elyos : .questrestart 10520
for Asmodians : questrestart 20520

Second Quest Step (Talk to Viola)
Eylos : .questrestart 10521
Asmodians : .questrestart 20521

That will restart your quest, and start it from the very start.
If we find other issues, and or solutions we will update this thread.

need help over here i finished that quest but i didnt even get lvl my friends said that i should be lvl 67 but still at lvl65

 

Pellen is right here. Check if he has the quest for you & continue from there. If he doesn't, then type .questrestart 10520

Make sure at the last step after defeating all the Archdaeva's in Secret Library you go talk to Viola in Iluma to get the Quest XP.
If you're sure you did so, then try to relog.

 

i have the quest for Pellen at that time but i havent encountered any Archdaeva's in Secret Library, it go straight to Viola in Iluma

 

After talking to Pellen (Memories of Eternity), you will have to go to Polydius who will port you to Iluma. You'll get then ported into a prison cell to talk with Viola for the very first time. Once you did so, you gotta leave there by clicking the prison door.
Upon leaving, you'll get another quest (Covert Communiques) which will make you talk to Ador, and Viola again. That's when you'll get ported into an area where you'll have to fight mobs & the Archdaeva's. When you've done so, you can port out of that area, go talk to Viola one last time and receive all of the XP which will get you to Level 67. That quest also gives you a wing remodel & weapon.

guys if you die inside the quest how to get in again?

 

seems for many the issue is beating teh boss. heck even the regualr mobs are crazy hard for chars with cheap starter gear. and with the old gear gone from the webshop its even harder, especailly sinc eteh new gear requires archdaeva.

There is another bug unfortunatly, inside the jail if we move our char then the pnj Peregrine disapear after that the quest is buggy, it says talk with Peregrine but the pnj on his chair gives nothing anymore

And after using Asmodians : questrestart 20520 the quest is well restarted but the mail which has alrdy been opened is empty and we can't read it anymore.

I tried to transfer from another char but even with the new item.pak the quest item can't be transfered trough the WH.

Well I don't know if there is an issue to get the mail again, but here is my current buggy char :

If there is no solution for Noelika I will re-create the char, but for the others : avoid doing the same mistake

New Problem after teleport to iluma its no intro and spawn i normal teleport place after update today.

 

A couple people are telling me that the quest is glitching for them after speaking with Dorman (Asmodian Teleporter in Pando). It will port them to Azphaels Sanctuary but the next step is not available. The quest sticks at "Lost Destiny: Talk to Dorman" . They have attempted to restart the quest as stated above, but it didn't not help. It seems to have worked prior to the update today. Trying to include all the info to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
