Help o(╥﹏╥)o

Hi all, I have a problem when I enter my account on the new site (I clarify that it is the new site because the old site did not have this problem) can enter either (input only) but when I turn to for example to webshop, or any category the site logout my account every time!. I have proven different browsers and the same thing happens, I cleaner cache, history, bookmarks and others with CCleaner (in my pc) and once clean my pc after using CCleaner do not even let me enter my account, not log, I stay only at startup, load the page but just not logs now.
Too I tried from my cell phone itself enter the site BUT when I try see the webshop, my inventory etc the site logout my account! I've ruled out that the problem is my pc, I asked my boyfriend to enter with my account at him home and no problems(everything works perfect from his computer), then I have ruled out that the problem is my account, then I think the problem is my IP internet or what is related to my internet, or maybe is another problem I'm ignoring. All related to the new site. Please, help
