    i have 11 ping as my speedtest show i have good internet connection but my fps runs from 22 to 32 only, i'm using gaming laptop. pldt speedtest.png

    strange, try to disable some effects from video settings like sunlight/bloom effect and others from the end of list.

    all my settings are in low.. now i encountered all npc and players are invisible just their heads showing up.. :D and getting disconnected for every 10mins of playing. i can't enter siel server.. omg! what's happening now.. o_O
