Still can't connect

    After the update I had problems with Directx but I've already fixed it.
    Yet I got two problems which are - Cannot connect to authentication server (6) and also; you have been disconnected from the server
    I've done all the steps that other people did, by that I meant using those "fixes" posted earlier. If you guys are still trying to find a fix for this I'd be glad to know.
    ps: I tried to connect with my firewall off/on and I also did that with windows defender but nothing has changed yet.
    Is there anything that I could do but wait? (I tried it all before the server shutting down)

    Well, I'm downloading the game again and expecting it to work if not I'll post here.

    Im using win 10 single language 64bit
    I did ncsoft update last Sunday for 12 hours
    I downloaded the launcher yesterday and installed it inside the Aion folder (ncsoft/aion) ...

    same problem here Cannot connect to authentication server (6) and also; you have been disconnected from the server...also gamez.dll error

    well, I downloaded the whole fucking game through NCSoft and still can't log in... I GOT NO ERRORS besides Cannot connect to authentication server (6) and also; you have been disconnected from the server.

    Yes, I've read other threads about DLL problems, about Microsoft package and I did all that you guys already spoke off. Any help here?

    Operating System: Windows 10 64 bits
    Anti-virus Installed: non
    Anti-malware Installed: non
    Windows Defender: was on, then off, nothing changed, so it remains off.
    UAC Level: always notify

    Thank you for not being helpful, next time you think about just saying things, well... Just shut up. :)


    For those who tried to help, thank you very much :)
    What I did was download the entire game (last night), then I deleted gamezaion folder and made a copy of the fresh downloaded aion, after that I installed gamez launcher and d3dx9_38.dll inside x64 and x32 aion folders (to stop directx error). Gonna play now =D

    same problem here, i can play retail but gamez nah, idk whats with gamez...maybe time for me to quit.
