i have this problem

 

You didn't install the NCSoft launcher yet did you. By default the path you are showing:
C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\
Should contain a folder called "NCLauncher". Did you get the client from the torrent only?

 

i downloaded the full game through gameforge this file NcWest was empty and i did a copy for gamezaion client

 

Thought that might be the case. Gameforge is the European version, it doesn't follow the same build the American one does. If I were you I would download the launcher from NCsoft. Best case scenario it will let you repair your current game to the north american version. Worst case you will have to redownload it.

 

i could not download the nclauncer so this was my alternative way what about if update my gamez client from 4.8 to 5.0 through torent? i tried but could not find gamezaion on torrent,,, maybe u can give me some helpful steps?

It is still essential to get the ncsoft launcher. Try it from this link. It is the Aion installer, which starts by installing the launcher.

ok i got the nclauncher what if i create the nclauncher na and the i put the game forge client files to the na nclauncher so not get the full download it will work?

 

Yea that was going to be my suggestion. Let it start the installation and check where it starts installing to, then close it down and move your client to that location. After that, when you run the launcher it should let you repair it which will minimize the amount of re-downloading. See how it goes, otherwise just download the full client again.

 

i would just download the the game all but my downloading speed is like 200-800kbs i want like 2-3 days -.-

 

In that case try the gamez torrent if it is any faster.
