1 year of absence, need some answers

I haven't played for 1 year and came back for the 5.0 update and i have some questions about the game (the server at least):
1) I used to spend some time in Katalam, Sarpan, Tiamaranta etc, but now i can't find a way to go there. Are they out of reach now?
2) Sometimes i'd farm the idian Depths bosses to get some items for new chars, but now i can't find them. Did they get removed?
3) House auctions resaults always come out blank. Are we not allowed to have houses except from the studio now?

1) Katalam, Sarpan, and Tiamaranta maps were removed from the game due to the new PvP maps
2) Idian Depths has a Portal in Pandaemonium
3) If you have a friend in game that has Mansion or an Estate visit his/her house and talk to the NPC not the Shugo and you can see some auctions there

about number 2. I know i visited idian depths but every time i went there the bosses were not spawned

 

3) The house auctions have been down for a few weeks already.
