    It is way better to update your existing GamezAION clients (4.8 if you have) via torrent. Thus, minimizes the errors.

    Yeah! We are listing down the current functional fixes for every operating systems that encounter errors for both NCLauncher and torrent based updates. Stay tune and don't hesitate to ask.

    i can play retail but not with gamez, that gamez.dll is the problem. i already have that c++ but when i set it up it fails.

    What OS are you using? Is it 32 bit or 64? Tell me.

    Well, you need to install the prerequisite updates including the Service Pack 1. To manually install the Service Pack 1 update, go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842 and click download. Check this filename 7601.17514.101119-1850_Update_Sp_Wave1-GRMSP1.1_DVD.iso which about 1.9GB in total size and select next to download it. After you have finished to download the Service Pack 1 update file, you need to mount it by using WinCDEmu mounter and install it on your system. Download the said program here: http://wincdemu.sysprogs.org/ and install..

    May i know your operating system? Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10?

    After installing Visual C++ 2015, do it look like this image? With the prompt "Setup Successful"?

    Or, you can use Windows Update to check for prerequisite update that your computer needs.

    windows 7 64bit , yeah setup successful I just want to install SP1 ( KB976932 ) could not when I look in the control panel is not already installed :/ ddsds.PNG

    Try updating the game to the current version through the aion launcher. Download the gamez launcher and make sure you update it. That's how I got that prob fixed
